The Show is an independent producer of media which includes, but is not limited to, video, audio and digital art. The Show began as a live radio program airing on Fridays at 10pm on WRFU-LP, Urbana 104.5 FM and began in the Fall of 2005 . The first broadcast was on November 18, 2005. The Show has evolved each season bringing different scholars and artists to the microphone to bless the community with commentary & art focused on topics ranging from politics to social justice to street logic. Intermingled you will find live performances from artists that come with flavor in all styles.

After over one year on the radio, The Show expanded to TV. It expanded so that it is currently on Mondays at 11pm on UPTV Cable Channel 6 and Wednesdays at 11pm on UI Cable Channel 7.

The Executive Producer and Host of The Show is an MD/PhD Candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a native of The South Bronx. Combining the Afro-Caribbean flavor to the program, this Boriqua shares his perspective on life and on situations that affect many.

The one thing that you can expect when you watch The Show is the unexpected.
